KITCHEN #1 RATES / SPECS

• 600 square feet, with a private bathroom

• 36-inch induction cooktop + electric convection oven, plus a separate countertop convection oven (for 3 half-sheet pans)

• Accommodates up to 14 seated / 20 standing

• $200/hour; 5-hour booking minimum. 8-hour day rate is $1200.

• $150 cleaning fee (includes dishes, glassware + cookware)

KITCHEN #2 RATES / SPECS

• 1000 square feet with a private bathroom

• Accommodates up to 24 seated / 35 standing

• 6-burner cooktop (cast-iron plates) plus separate Vulcan convection oven (for 5 half-sheet pans)

• $225/hour; 5-hour minimum. 8-hour day rate is $1400.

• $150 cleaning fee (includes dishes, glassware + cookware)

RENTING KITCHENS #1 + #2 TOGETHER

Our kitchens can be combined into one space via an interior door (each space has its own private entrance/front door). If you have a large group or need 2 separate spaces, this is an ideal option.   

• 1600 square feet with two private bathrooms

• Accommodates up to 40 seated / 60 standing

• $325/hour; 5-hour minimum. 8-hour day rate is $2300.

• $275 cleaning fee (includes equipment/dishes)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations will be honored if they occur more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

• If notice is given less than 14 days before, we will retain the 50% deposit, which can only be applied to a future booking.

• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event, will forfeit the full rental fee.
